1. Purpose of Abeelidad

Abeelidad is an online platform that allows senior citizens to create profiles showcasing their skills, experience, and services, and allows employers or customers to discover and connect with them.

Abeelidad does not act as an employer, recruitment agency, or contractor; we provide a digital venue for visibility and professional connection. Nothing in this platform creates an employer-employee, agency, or partnership relationship between Abeelidad.com and its users.

2. User Types

Older Adults, Pre-retirees and Senior Users: Older Adults, Pre-retirees, and Senior Users (aged 50 and above) who create profiles to offer services, skills, or professional experience.
Employers / Customers: Individuals or organizations browsing the platform to engage senior talent.
Age Requirement (Applicable to All Users): All users of Abeelidad.com must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is not intended for minors. By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you are 18 years old or above.

3. Account and Profile Responsibility

Users certify that all information provided is accurate and truthful. You acknowledge that your professional profile, excluding private contact details, will be publicly displayed on the platform. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and display of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age when using this platform. During registration, you will be asked to actively confirm your agreement via checkboxes. Some parts of your profile may be discoverable and viewable by any visitor to the platform, including through the 'Browse Seniors' directory

4. Profile Approval and Alpha Phase

Abeelidad.com reserves the right to review, approve, or remove profiles at its sole discretion. During this Alpha/Pilot Phase, users
acknowledge that platform features may be subject to testing and updates without prior notice.

By submitting a profile, you give consent for Abeelidad.com to display your information publicly for the purpose of connecting you with potential employers or customers.

Abeelidad.com does not verify all user-submitted information and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or
reliability of profiles.

5. Contact and Communication

To ensure safety and prevent scams, personal contact details (such as direct phone numbers or personal emails) are not publicly
displayed on profile pages. All initial communication must be respectful and conducted through contact forms or other channels
provided by the platform.

Users are responsible for verifying the identity and legitimacy of other users. Abeelidad.com does not guarantee the authenticity of all users and encourages caution when entering into agreements. Abeelidad.com only facilitates introductions and does not participate in negotiations, hiring decisions, or service delivery.

Abeelidad aims to provide a safe and respectful platform and may implement measures to prevent fraud, scams, and misuse.

6. No Guarantee of Employment or Incentives

Abeelidad.com does not guarantee employment, engagement, or income. Any financial outcome depends on the employer and relevant government processes.

7. Independent Transactions and Disputes

All service arrangements, contracts, and payments are made directly between the Senior User and the Employer. Abeelidad.com is not a party to these agreements and is not responsible for any disputes, non-payment, or quality of work.

Abeelidad encourages both parties to agree on clear written terms before engaging in any service arrangement.

8. Acceptable Use

Users must not use the platform for fraud, spam, harassment, or any illegal activity. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination.

Abeelidad.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms without prior notice.

In the event of account suspension or termination due to violations of these Terms, Abeelidad.com may retain certain user information as necessary to enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. All other personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal data is handled in strict accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we protect your information.

10. Intellectual Property and Liability

Ownership: All platform content, including logos and design, belongs to Abeelidad.com or its licensors.
Availability: We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
Risk: Use of the platform is at your own risk. Abeelidad.com is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abeelidad.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising

from the use of the platform.

11. Changes and Governing Law

Abeelidad may update these Terms at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
